To access all the features of Sulu, users are required to register for an account. By registering, users agree to provide personal information during the use of Sulu. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities that occur under their accounts.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided while using Sulu, including but not limited to personal data and skin characteristics entered during the skincare analysis. Tagias Inc is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided by the user. The user acknowledges that the effectiveness and accuracy of Sulu's recommendations and analyses are highly dependent on the quality and accuracy of the information provided by the user. Tagias Inc shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the user's failure to provide accurate and complete information.
The information and recommendations provided by Sulu are derived from publicly available sources. Tagias Inc makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date; however, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Tagias Inc is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided. The user acknowledges that reliance on any information or recommendations provided by Sulu is solely at their own risk.
Skincare Analysis: Sulu analyzes skincare ingredient lists based on individual skin characteristics and provides product recommendations. Recommendations generated by Sulu are based on available information and should not replace professional advice.
Product Recognition: Sulu recognizes products from images, decodes ingredients, and provides information on how they interact with the skin. The accuracy of product recognition and ingredient analysis is dependent on image quality and available data.
Android & iOS Versions: Sulu is available for download on Android and iOS platforms through the respective app stores – Google Play for Android users and the iOS App Store for Apple users. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their respective devices.
Pricing and Payment Terms: Sulu is a paid application with a free trial period. The pricing details, methods of payment for Sulu are available in the application and are subject to change at the discretion of Tagias Inc. Payment for Sulu can be made through the respective app stores – Google Play for Android users and the iOS App Store for Apple users. Users are subject to the payment terms and conditions of Google Play or the iOS App Store when making in-app purchases.
App Changes and Charging for Services: Tagias Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, including but not limited to features, functionalities, and services, at any time with or without prior notice. The company will not be liable to users or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Sulu may include links to Amazon product pages for your convenience. Any purchases made through these links are subject to Amazon's terms of service, and Tagias Inc is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or issues arising from Amazon purchases.
Sulu may collect and process personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By using Sulu, users agree to these Terms to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
SThe Company employs reasonable measures to secure user data; however, the security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
All content and features of Sulu, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Tagias Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users agree to use Sulu for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any content they submit or upload to Sulu. Users agree not to engage in any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Sulu's content.
Sulu is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Tagias Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
